3.從事類代號(hào)為三類-6822醫(yī)用光學(xué)器具、儀器及內(nèi)窺鏡設(shè)備(jinxian軟性角膜接觸鏡)類零售業(yè)務(wù)的，應(yīng)設(shè)有獨(dú)立的柜臺(tái);其中提供驗(yàn)配服務(wù)的，經(jīng)營(yíng)場(chǎng)所使用面積不得少于30平方米，驗(yàn)光室(區(qū))應(yīng)具備暗室條件或滿足無(wú)直射照明的條件。
