機(jī)關(guān)申請(qǐng);申請(qǐng)材料存在可以當(dāng)場(chǎng)更正的錯(cuò)誤的，應(yīng)當(dāng)允許申請(qǐng)人當(dāng)場(chǎng)更正; 申請(qǐng)材料不齊全或者不符合法定形式的，應(yīng)當(dāng) 當(dāng)場(chǎng)或者在五日內(nèi)一次告知申請(qǐng)人需要補(bǔ)正的全部?jī)?nèi)容，逾期不告知的，自收到申請(qǐng)材料之日起即為受理;申請(qǐng)事項(xiàng) 屬于本行政機(jī)關(guān)職權(quán)范圍，申請(qǐng)材料齊全、符合 法定形式，或者申請(qǐng)人按照本行政機(jī)關(guān)的要求提交全部補(bǔ)正申請(qǐng)材料的，應(yīng)當(dāng)受理行政許可申請(qǐng)。

（二）審查：

行政受理服務(wù)中心受理后，即將申請(qǐng)材料送交醫(yī)療器械技術(shù)審評(píng)中心進(jìn)行技術(shù)審評(píng)，技術(shù)審評(píng)包括產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)和專家評(píng)審，技術(shù)審評(píng)不能超過(guò)60日。但經(jīng)專家評(píng)審，對(duì)申請(qǐng)人提出整改意見的，申請(qǐng)人整改時(shí)間不計(jì)入許可時(shí)限。

（三）許可決定：

收到醫(yī)療器械技術(shù)審評(píng)中心完成技術(shù)審評(píng)的資料后，國(guó)家食品藥品監(jiān)督管理局在30日內(nèi)作出予以注冊(cè)或者不予注冊(cè)的決定，不予注冊(cè)的，應(yīng)當(dāng)書面說(shuō)明理由。

（四）送達(dá)：

自行政許可決定作出之日起10日內(nèi)，SFDA行政受理服務(wù)中心將行政許可決定送達(dá)申請(qǐng)人。
