雞胃蛋白酶(PP)ELISA試劑盒檢測(cè)原理：樣本必須為液體，不含沉淀。包括血清、血漿、尿液、胸腹水、腦脊液、細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)上清、組織勻漿等。1ml的全血可得到0.5ml的血清或血漿。每個(gè)標(biāo)本量收集體積=100ul x 檢測(cè)種類。取材前像我司銷售人員所要說(shuō)明書(shū)。產(chǎn)品規(guī)格：96T/盒可檢測(cè)90個(gè)樣；48T/盒可檢測(cè)42個(gè)樣。檢測(cè)方法：ELISA。應(yīng)用范圍:僅供科研使用。雞胃蛋白酶(PP)ELISA試劑盒使用前注意事項(xiàng)：1）實(shí)驗(yàn)開(kāi)始前要將試劑盒取出室溫放置30-40分鐘，使各種試劑都恢復(fù)到室溫以使檢測(cè)結(jié)果更為穩(wěn)定。2）檢測(cè)前樣本要澄清不能含雜物，并檢查各種儀器（打開(kāi)酶標(biāo)儀穩(wěn)定20分鐘左右）3）盡量做雙標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)，這樣可以保證數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性。Precautions 1. Do not substitute reagents from one kit to another. Standard, conjugate and microplates are matched for optimal performance. Use only the reagents supplied by manufacturer. 2. Do not remove microplate from the storage bag until needed. Unused strips should be stored at 2-8°C in their pouch with the desiccant provided. 3. Mix all reagents before using. Remove all kit reagents from refrigerator and allow them to reach room temperature ( 20-25°C)
