CE認(rèn)證Declaration of conformity介紹

在出口歐盟市場時(shí)，除了CE證書，經(jīng)常會(huì)有客戶或者海關(guān)要求制造商或者出口商提供Declaration of Conformity，那么什么是Declaration of Conformity呢？Declaration of Conformity（以下簡稱DOC），中文翻譯為符合性聲明，CE認(rèn)證的各個(gè)指令中都規(guī)定了制造商或者其歐盟授權(quán)代表必須制作符合性聲明，作為CE認(rèn)證合格評定程序的一部分，DOC必須在產(chǎn)品投放歐盟市場之前發(fā)布。在有些指令里有的名稱，比如建筑產(chǎn)品CPR法規(guī)中，該文件稱為性能聲明DECLARATION OF PERFORMANCE（DOP）。

DOC需要符合什么

DOC是一種責(zé)任聲明，聲明你符合CE指令及相關(guān)協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求，DOC必須建立在合規(guī)的合格評定之上，比如產(chǎn)品的測試報(bào)告或者合格證書。DOC是由制造商出具的，而不是測試機(jī)構(gòu)或者認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)。以電子電器產(chǎn)品為例，在進(jìn)行LVD/EMC測試合格并按照指令要求準(zhǔn)備技術(shù)資料之后，制造商就可以出具這兩個(gè)指令的DOC，當(dāng)然，如果您有ROHS 2.0的要求，在相應(yīng)的測試后，也可以在DOC上增加ROHS 2.0。

DOC的內(nèi)容

以EMC指令為例，DOC內(nèi)容包含以下：

EU declaration of conformity (No Xxxx)

1. Apparatus model/Product (product, type, batch or serial number)

產(chǎn)品名稱/型號

2. Name and address of the manufacturer or his authorised representative

制造商或其授權(quán)代表的名稱和地址

3. This declaration of conformity is issued under the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.

本符合性聲明由制造商全權(quán)負(fù)責(zé)發(fā)布。

4. Object of the declaration (identification of apparatus allowing traceability; it may include a colour image of sufficient clarity where necessary for the identification of the apparatus)

聲明的對象（允許可追溯性的設(shè)備標(biāo)識(shí)；它可能包括一個(gè)足夠清晰的彩色圖像，如有必要，用于設(shè)備標(biāo)識(shí)）

5. The object of the declaration described above is in conformity with the relevant Union harmonisation legislation

上述聲明的目的是符合相關(guān)的法規(guī)/標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

6. References to the relevant harmonised standards used, including the date of the standard, or references to the other technical specifications, including the date of the specification, in relation to which conformity is declared

對所使用的相關(guān)協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的引用，包括標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的日期，或?qū)ζ渌夹g(shù)規(guī)范的引用，包括與聲明一致性有關(guān)的規(guī)范的日期。
