此設(shè)備按照HG/G《鋼制管法蘭用纏繞式墊片》的標準，主要用于生產(chǎn)制作石墨金屬纏繞墊A型產(chǎn)品，鋼帶規(guī)格為（寬度*帶厚）2.3mm（+/-0.1mm)*0.2mm成型槽面帶。石墨帶寬3.7mm（+/-0.1mm)。設(shè)備繞制產(chǎn)品規(guī)格為（D2*D3）36*50、43*57、51*65、61*75、73*87等5種標準產(chǎn)品，也可按客戶要求制作上述規(guī)格范圍內(nèi)的特殊尺寸產(chǎn)品；
該設(shè)備由PLC控制，可通過人機界面設(shè)置參數(shù)（繞制速度、繞制直徑、焊點數(shù)量、焊接時間等），產(chǎn)品繞制外徑由光柵尺控制（繞制精度±0.3mm），產(chǎn)品采用輪式焊接，焊輪耐用性強，正常情況下無需打磨或更換。
