Monitor Progress Function

The Monitor Progress function allows you to receive notifications as your product moves through the registration process.

To set up monitoring for your product:

Locate the product line.

Under the 'Actions' column, click on the three dots.

Click Monitor Progress.

A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to choose which retailer(s) you would like to monitor in relation to your product.

Select the desired retailer(s) and then click OK.

Note: once monitoring is enabled, the binocular icon will appear to the right of the WPS ID number on your home page. You will now receive email notifications for every action that occurs with the product as it advances through the registration process.

If you wish to stop monitoring at any time, you can do so by clicking the three dots below 'Actions' again and selecting Disable Monitoring.

Product Status and Meaning

Not Yet Submitted (Black)

You have started a registration in your WERCSmart account but haven't finished it yet.

This product is in 'New' status, meaning it has not been submitted for review by the Regulatory Review team and it won't count towards your subscription until it is.

Assessment in Progress (Yellow)

You have completed all the required information for the registration and submitted the data to WERCSmart's Regulatory Review Team.

They are currently reviewing the information, conducting calculations,

comply with regulations (e.g., OSHA), and verify any documents you provided, such as the Safety Data Sheet (SDS).

Needs Your Attention (Red)

During the assessment process, discrepancies may occur with the provided data, or the results may not match expectations.

These issues often require your attention and can typically be resolved by updating the data (e.g., the Flash Point).

If a product is in this status, it is 'Suspended,' and you will receive an alert or message detailing the issue and providing guidance for resolution.

Sending to Retailers (Blue)

The Regulatory Assessment Team has finalized the assessment data, and the report for retailers is ready.

Retailers receive data transfers at different times based on their needs. Please allow 24 hours for your product data to be sent to the retailer's data feed.

Accepted by Retailers (Green)

Your assessments, generated from your product registration data, have been successfully received by the retailer.

At this point, you can take further actions, such as adding more UPCs, forwarding the same registration to additional retailers, and more.

Additionally, you can update the data in the future and resubmit it for a revised assessment.

4. 提供成分分析表： 提供產(chǎn)品的詳細(xì)成分分析表，包括產(chǎn)品中所含的化學(xué)物質(zhì)、元素等。這有助于CARP化學(xué)評估過程，確保零售商能夠更好地了解產(chǎn)品的化學(xué)組成。

5. 提供UN38.3報告： 對于電池產(chǎn)品，通常需要提供符合UN38.3標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的報告。UN38.3標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是關(guān)于鋰電池運(yùn)輸測試的，確保電池的安全運(yùn)輸。

6. 提供英文/法文SDS報告： 提供符合英文或法文語言的SDS（Safety Data Sheet）安全數(shù)據(jù)表。這份文件包含了產(chǎn)品的安全信息，包括成分、危險性評估、急救措施等。

7. 提交資料： 將完整的資料提交給WERCS注冊系統(tǒng)，包括彩色照片、申請表、成分分析表、UN38.3報告以及SDS報告。確保資料的完整性和準(zhǔn)確性，以加速注冊流程。

8. 等待審批和認(rèn)證： 一旦提交了所有必要的資料，供應(yīng)商將需要等待WERCS系統(tǒng)的審批和認(rèn)證。這可能需要一定的時間，具體取決于產(chǎn)品類型和注冊流程的復(fù)雜性。

9. 更新信息： 定期更新注冊信息，確保產(chǎn)品信息的準(zhǔn)確性和符合新的法規(guī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。這有助于保持產(chǎn)品在市場上的合規(guī)性。

10. 遵循后續(xù)步驟： 根據(jù)注冊結(jié)果，可能需要遵循一些后續(xù)步驟，例如更新注冊信息、定期審查等，以確保產(chǎn)品持續(xù)符合相關(guān)的安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
